CHAUTAUQUA, N.Y. –
SUNY Adirondack golfer Mason MacDougall continued his play at the NJCAA National Golf Championships on Wednesday, completing his second round at the challenging Chautauqua Golf Club course with a score of +19.
MacDougall now holds a two-day total of +37, as he battles through a highly competitive national field and demanding course conditions. The sophomore standout has shown resilience in the face of adversity, staying focused and committed to finishing the tournament strong.
Once again, the course played difficult with unpredictable winds and tight pin placements affecting players throughout the day. Despite the obstacles, MacDougall remains determined to finish the week on a high note.
Hosted by Jamestown Community College, the four-day NJCAA National Golf Championships feature the top collegiate golfers from across the country. Play continues Thursday, with final round action set for Friday. Final standings will be determined by cumulative scores over the four rounds.
