SUNY Adirondack Volleyball Sweeps Mohawk Valley on the Road
Utica, N.Y. – SUNY Adirondack women's volleyball earned a dominant road victory Wednesday night, defeating Mohawk Valley Community College in straight sets, 3–0.
The Timberwolves set the tone early, jumping out to a strong lead in the opening set and never looking back. Behind consistent serving and sharp defensive play, Adirondack secured the first set 25–8. The Timberwolves carried that momentum into the second, controlling the net with timely blocks and kills to take it 25–11. In the third, Adirondack closed the door with a 25–17 win to seal the sweep.
With the victory, SUNY Adirondack improves to 3-3 on the season. The Timberwolves will look to continue their strong play when they head out on the road for a region 3 pod at Jerrferson CC on Saturday, 9/20.
