Cassandra Wagemann joins the SUNY Adirondack women’s volleyball coaching staff for the 2025 season, bringing leadership, competitive experience, and a deep passion for the game. A former Timberwolves team captain, Wagemann played two seasons at SUNY Adirondack before transferring to Utica University, where she continued her collegiate career and earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology – Child Life. She also competed at Montclair State University earlier in her career, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the demands of collegiate athletics.
On the court, Wagemann is known for her work ethic, team-first mentality, and ability to connect with players. Off the court, she has built a strong background in leadership and mentorship through roles with Integrative Community Alternatives Network (ICAN), as a camp counselor, lifeguard, and speech-language pathology intern. Her blend of playing experience, coaching potential, and commitment to player development make her a valuable addition to the Timberwolves program.
