Troy, NY —
The SUNY Adirondack women's basketball team closed out its 2025–26 season on Saturday with a road contest at Hudson Valley Community College.
Sophomore guard Hannah Gongola led the Timberwolves with 13 points and 5 rebounds, while Emily Gongola added 6 points and 5 rebounds in the season finale.
Despite the result, Adirondack showed continued effort and growth throughout the contest, competing on the road to conclude the campaign. The game marked the final appearance of the season for a Timberwolves group that demonstrated perseverance and commitment from opening tip in November through the closing buzzer in February.
SUNY Adirondack finishes the year with valuable experience gained and a strong foundation to build upon heading into the offseason.
