Women’s Basketball Battles Tough Opponent at Home
Queensbury, NY —
The SUNY Adirondack Women's Basketball team returned to the home court Wednesday night to take on Albany College of Pharmacy, ultimately falling in a challenging matchup.
Despite the lopsided final score, the Timberwolves displayed grit and determination throughout the contest. Freshman Hannah Gongola provided a bright spot offensively, leading SUNY Adirondack with 8 points, while the team continued to compete until the final buzzer.
The Timberwolves will look to bounce back quickly as they hit the road this Saturday to face Finger Lakes Community College in another Region 3 matchup.
