T-Wolves Women’s Basketball Shows Fight in Loss to Tompkins Cortland
Queensbury, NY —
The SUNY Adirondack Women's Basketball team returned to the court on Sunday for their second game in as many days, falling to Tompkins Cortland Community College 65–22. Despite the scoreline, the Timberwolves played with grit and energy throughout.
Freshman Hannah Gongola led the way offensively, delivering a strong performance with 15 points, showcasing her ability to create and finish under pressure. Her sister, Emily Gongola, made her presence felt as well—draining a key three-pointer and pulling down five rebounds to contribute on both ends of the floor.
The Timberwolves hit the road next for a matchup against North Country Community College on November 19.
