Queensbury, NY —
SUNY Adirondack men's soccer came up short in a high-scoring contest against Onondaga Community College on Sunday, falling 7–4 at home.
The Timberwolves and Lazers traded goals in an exciting first half, keeping the match tight and competitive. However, Onondaga surged ahead in the second half, capitalizing on their offensive rhythm and maintaining control down the stretch.
Freshman Adrian Lunde continued his strong play, scoring two goals to pace the Adirondack attack. Emir Garcia provided a spark in the midfield, recording two assists and creating several quality scoring chances for the Timberwolves.
Despite the loss, SUNY Adirondack showed flashes of strong team play and determination throughout the first half. The Timberwolves will look to regroup and carry that energy into their next match as they continue Region 3 competition.
