MacDougall Finishes 25th Nationally at NJCAA Golf Championship
JAMESTOWN, N.Y. —
SUNY Adirondack golfer Mason MacDougall capped off an outstanding season on Friday, shooting a final-round 79 to finish tied for 25th place at the NJCAA Golf National Championship at Chautauqua Golf Club.
Competing against the top junior college golfers from across the country, MacDougall posted rounds of 77, 76, 79, and 79 over the four-day championship to earn a Top-25 national finish. Throughout the tournament, he consistently remained near the top of the leaderboard and represented SUNY Adirondack with poise and determination on the national stage.
The national championship appearance was the latest accomplishment in a remarkable season for MacDougall, who was recently named to the Region 3 All-Region Team after tying for fifth place at the regional championship.
