Timberwolves Fall to Region’s Top-Ranked North Country

QUEENSBURY, N.Y. —
The SUNY Adirondack men's basketball team saw its five-game win streak come to an end with a home loss to Region 3's top-ranked North Country Community College.
Facing one of the region's premier programs, the Timberwolves competed throughout but were unable to sustain momentum against the visiting Saints.
Sophomore Mariano Dicaterino led Adirondack with 14 points. Sophomore point guard Messiah McLaurin added 10 points and eight assists, while Mekhi Walker contributed 12 points in a balanced scoring effort.
The Timberwolves will look to regroup as they continue region play in the closing stretch of the season.
