Timberwolves Complete Season Sweep at Herkimer with Gritty Road Win

HERKIMER, N.Y. —

The SUNY Adirondack men's basketball team completed a significant season sweep at Herkimer College, earning a hard-fought road victory in a physical, back-and-forth regional contest.

Sophomore Mariano Dicaterino led the Timberwolves with 21 points, connecting on four three-pointers and delivering timely offense throughout the game.

Freshman Ash Hunter continued his strong perimeter play, knocking down five shots from beyond the arc to finish with 15 points, while sophomore point guard Messiah McLaurin guided the attack with 13 points and nine assists.

With the win, Adirondack secures a pivotal region result and continues to build momentum heading into the closing stretch of the season.
