Balanced Attack Lifts Timberwolves Past Fulton-Montgomery, 87-79
JOHNSTOWN, N.Y. —
The SUNY Adirondack men's basketball team earned an impressive Region 3 road victory on Saturday, defeating Fulton-Montgomery Community College 87-79 behind a balanced offensive performance.
The Timberwolves placed five players in double figures, showcasing unselfish ball movement and offensive efficiency throughout the contest.
Freshman David Hutchinson recorded a strong double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds, providing a steady presence inside. Sophomore Messiah McLaurin filled the stat sheet with 15 points, eight assists, five rebounds, and five steals, impacting the game on both ends of the floor.
Freshman Ash Hutner delivered a major boost from beyond the arc, knocking down five of his seven three-point attempts to help Adirondack maintain momentum offensively.
SUNY Adirondack's depth and team-first approach proved critical in the road win as the Timberwolves continue to build consistency in Region 3 play. Adirondack will look to carry that momentum forward as they prepare for their next matchup.
