The SUNY Adirondack men's basketball team delivered a statement performance on the road, earning a 74-60 region win behind a dominant defensive effort.
While the offense battled through an off shooting night, the Timberwolves controlled the game with their intensity and discipline on the defensive end.
Messiah McLaurin led the way with 22 points, while freshman Landon Casey provided a major spark off the bench. Casey scored five crucial points, made his presence felt on the glass, and came up with three steals that helped shift momentum in Adirondack's favor.
The victory strengthens the Timberwolves' position in region play as they continue to trend upward.
