Coach Gaulin has been steadily building his cross country program over the past two seasons and it seems to be turning the corner as they round out their second season of existence. It was rough seas early in the season as runners were getting into shape and often the team ran without enough scorers to count in team results, which was frustrating for Coach Gaulin and the team no doubt, but those early struggles led to a very strong finish for the Timberwolves. Their most consistent runner continued his successful season with a top 75 finish at the NJCAA National Meet to lead the team in scoring. John Godfrey followed him up with a top 100 finish, coming in at 91st. Jack Test barely missed a top 100 finish as he crossed the line 106th. Jevon Baker and Patrick Linehan finished strong with 172nd and 177th finishes that pushed the team up the standings and cemented a top 25 finish in the nation and a victory over Region III rival Hudson Valley as the fourth and fifth place scorers picked up 28 points on the Vikings, who came in 24th.
